• We require an initial payment and deposit ahead of moving in.

• You will lose any deposit/payments made if you fail to turn up and do not let us know with at least 48 hours notice prior notice.

• We do not pass on your email address to 3rd parties.

• These apartments are in an original Georgian Townhouse and have a private side entrance  to a shared 3 storey spiral staircase and so is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties
